We essentially deep fried everything today! Joanathan did spanish onion rings, egg rolls and we even thought about trying our burgers but Diane stepped in... Three are injected with a "Mediterrean" concoction (last night) and the two birds in the back are "traditional" To give you a sense of scale, the 4 lesser birds ar about 12 pounds and "Big Bird" is 24 pounds! Lobster for Christmas Eve.
